Registration is managed through our external Helice platform. Before continuing, please make sure you have read and accepted the following:

The data collected will be incorporated and processed within the processing activity "Organización de Congresos-UdL", under the responsibility of Društvo WGIN (Trata 31, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia), with Universitat de Lleida (Pl. Víctor Siurana 1, 25003 Lleida, Spain) acting as data processor, before whom you may exercise your rights. The purpose of the processing is the comprehensive management of your participation in the congress. The processing is legitimized by your consent, pursuant to Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR. Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except as provided by law. You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, object to the processing and request its restriction. Each registered author may present one paper (including oral presentation). For a second paper, an additional fee of 200 EUR is required.

Full-time students (excluding postdocs) must provide proof of full-time enrollment (copy of valid student ID or letter from the institution or program director).

All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

To include the paper in the congress program and proceedings, at least one author must register before the registration deadline.
