Registration platform
Registration is managed through our external partner platform, Helice. The registration fee covers costs during the congress period, including lunches and coffee breaks. It does not include travel or accommodation.
If you need an invoice, it will be issued when you complete the registration form.

Each registered author may present one paper (including oral presentation). For a second paper, an additional fee of 200 EUR is required.
Full-time students (excluding postdocs) must provide proof of full-time enrollment (copy of valid student ID or letter from the institution or program director).
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
To include the paper in the congress program and proceedings, at least one author must register before the registration deadline.
