Thank you for your interest in participating in the World Green Infrastructure Congress 2026 Barcelona - Lleida (WGIC 2026). To submit a poster, access and complete the data in the submission application at the link below.
The 12th World Green Infrastructure Congress will be held in Barcelona, at the International Convention Centre of Barcelona, from October 27 to 30, 2026. WGIC 2026 welcomes original research, case studies, and innovative applications presented as posters.
WGIC26 warmly welcomes submissions of original research, case studies, and innovative applications, in short paper format (maximum 5 pages), in MS Word format. This limitation helps reduce similarity for papers subsequently recommended for special journal issues.
All submitted papers undergo a rigorous peer review process. The scientific committee decides on acceptance and whether the presentation will be oral or poster. Accepted papers will be published in the WGIC2026 proceedings.
Posters will be displayed during the congress, and authors will have designated time slots to explain their work to attendees.

Paper submission steps

- Read the instructions carefully.
- Select a main topic where your work fits.
- Prepare the paper (maximum 5 pages).
- Submit your paper in .doc format before May 31, 2026.
- You will receive the acceptance notification and first review before June 15, 2026.
- Authors make changes and resubmit the revised paper before July 31, 2026. Second review.
- Authors submit the final paper before August 31, 2026.
